Returns and Exchanges

• Customers must contact MISHA NICOLE before returning any item (see instructions: SHIPPING AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN).  
• Only full-priced clothing (see exceptions below) shipped within the continental United States is eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with tags attached and accompanied by the receipt.
• Jewelry and Accessories shipped within the continental United States are only eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase and are not refundable.  
• Swimwear, Footwear, Art and all other non-apparel products are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.  
• All marked down or sale-priced items or purchases are not refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
• All purchases shipped outside the continental United States are not eligible for a refund or return.
• Customers can return or exchange eligible merchandise to the MISHA NICOLE store in New York City.

• Customers must contact MISHA NICOLE before returning any item. To request an exchange or return, please email us at sales@mishanicole.com. We must be contacted via email within 7 days of receipt of your merchandise. We will then instruct you on the procedure in which you may return the merchandise, which must be received by us within 14 days of the placement of your order.  Any eligible merchandise returned to us after 14 days of the placement of your order will not be accepted and you will need to pay additional shipping charges to have the merchandise sent back to you.
• The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
• We reserve the right to refuse receipt of a return and deny a refund or store credit.
• We will not be responsible for lost return parcels - we suggest taking out appropriate insurance on any return.
• We will not accept COD return parcels.
• All sale items are final sale and are sold as-is.
