Shipping and Processing

 

SHIPPING
 
Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours from the time your order was placed (depending on store hours).  All packages are shipped via FedEx. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.
 
In the United States we offer the following shipping options:
  • Standard Overnight (Next-business-day delivery by 3 p.m. to most U.S. addresses; by 4:30 p.m. to rural areas).
  • 2nd Day (By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas, by 7 p.m. to residences).
  • Ground / Home Delivery (1 to 5 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 3 to 7 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Messenger (via a local parcel carrier and only available in Manhattan): contact us to schedule a delivery.
For International shipments we offer the following FedEx shipping options to more than 215 countries and territories:  
  • International Priorty (Time-definite delivery typically in 1, 2 or 3 business days. Reach major cities in Europe by noon typically in 2 business days). 
  • International Economy (Time-definite delivery typically in 2 to 5 business days, 2 to 3 business days to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico). 

Orders over $300 shipped within the continental United States are eligible for free shipping. 

 
PROCESSING INFORMATION
 
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST, weekend days or holidays will begin processing the next business day.  Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.
